Hi! How do I make my photo populate the sliders, just like in your demo (tiger & panda)?
Hi, please use Inline Slider shortcode within your post.
– See your documentation for more info.
Thanks
Hi it didn’t work. I used this:
[inline_slider]
[slide src=”http://www.flickr.com/photos/alchemistcompany/8664541052/”%5DPut you slide title here.[/slide]
[slide src=”http://www.flickr.com/photos/alchemistcompany/8664541052/”%5DPut you sltle here.[/slide]
[slide src=”http://www.flickr.com/photos/invitojazz/8020272673/sizes/n/in/photostream/”%5DPut you title here.[/slide]
[/inline_slider]can you give me the EXACT step-by-step for the one like the Tiger & Panda slider in the demo?
Hey, please don’t use flickr url for the images.
– upload your image to the Media Library,
– copy the image File URL,
– use it in the src=”” parameter of the shortcode.
Thanks
Just changed it. Still not working. Here’s the code. Thanks for your help.
[inline_slider autoplay=”false” interval=”3000″ animation=”slide” direction=”horizontal” animationspeed=”800″ pauseonhover=”true”]
[slide alt=”test1″ src=”http://www.dorisjaymes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/10457308825_3b2d4717c3_o.jpg”%5DPut you slide title here1.[/slide]
[slide alt=”test2″ src=”http://www.dorisjaymes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/10457308825_3b2d4717c3_o.jpg”%5DPut you slide title here2.[/slide]
[slide alt=”test3″ src=”http://www.dorisjaymes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/10457308825_3b2d4717c3_o.jpg”%5DPut you slide title here3.[/slide]
[/inline_slider]Hi, your site looks broken, i see a lot of script errors on console. You may try to download a fresh copy of the theme and upload-activate it again.
After disabling a plugin, it now works.
The size of the slider seems very large. Is it determined by the size of the images?
Thanks,
Hi, you can use the inline slider shortcode in a column shortcode.
Thanks
Hi Mehmet,
My web designer is adding a slider to the bottom of the header. But the rest I have to do. I still can’t get the photo slider to work. I used the following:
[inline_slider autoplay=”false” interval=”3000″ animation=”slide” direction=”horizontal” animationspeed=”800″ pauseonhover=”true”]
[slide alt=”test1″ src=”http://www.dorisjaymes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/10457308825_3b2d4717c3_o.jpg”%5DPut you slide title here1.[/slide]
[slide alt=”test2″ src=”http://www.dorisjaymes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/10457308825_3b2d4717c3_o.jpg”%5DPut you slide title here2.[/slide]
[slide alt=”test3″ src=”http://www.dorisjaymes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/10457308825_3b2d4717c3_o.jpg”%5DPut you slide title here3.[/slide]
[/inline_slider]Please update to the latest version and try again. You can download it from ThemeForest.
worked perfectly for me, thanks!
Hi!
What does the “Alt” section in the slider code correspond to? I left it blank as I didn’t know what it was for.
Also I made a slider to have a kind of “blogroll” (you can look at it here http://solidairement.com) but I’m wondering if there is anyway to include a link (the website of each company I added in my blogroll) to each picture of the slider?
It looks such better than a gallery! I hope there is a way to do it, otherwise my “blogroll” is half useless :)Thank you in advance for your time and your answer!
i can’t open your url.
Hi Ahmet,
Thanks for the post but I don’t understand how comes you can’t open the url.
Could you please try again?
http://solidairement.comthank you!
we have added “link” parameter to slide shortcode, you can use it to add links to your slides. Please download and update to latest version if you haven’t yet. Also check Documentation > Shortcodes > Inline Slider for detailed instructions.
Ok thank you Ahmet for your answer, I’ll do it.
