Amelia: Issue with employee working hours not showing correctly

    Hello Amelia Support,

    I’ve encountered an issue with employee availability.

    I have set global working hours for employees.

    For one specific employee, I’ve added different working hours (overriding the global schedule).

    However, when I test the booking flow on the frontend, the system does not display the correct time slots for this employee.

    Could you please check if this is a bug or if I am missing an additional setting to prioritize individual employee working hours over the global schedule?

    Hello,

    I found the cause of the issue – it was related to the employee’s timezone settings. After adjusting it, everything works correctly now.
