I would like to kindly request a refund, as after reviewing this matter I have some concerns that many users have also mentioned — specifically, that Tutor LMS licenses tend to expire.
My main question is: what will happen during the next renewal of Tutor LMS Pro? Once my support period ends, will I have to purchase support again just to update the license? If the support is required only to keep the license active, I believe that is unfair and feels misleading — it seems like a way to maintain ongoing profits rather than providing value.
After doing some calculations, I realized it would be more convenient for me to purchase the Tutor LMS license directly, which would prevent me from having to pay for support year after year.
Therefore, I kindly request a refund for this theme, as I feel this situation is not transparent and seems like a form of fraud.

Thank you for your response. Honestly, the only issue is that the Tutor LMS license must be renewed every year. If the license were lifetime, I wouldn’t have any problem staying with the Tutor LMS option. However, since it requires yearly payments for support and renewal, it becomes an issue. For example, if one year I don’t use it, I still have to purchase the support just to renew the license, which is a major inconvenience.
If my website lasts 50 or 60 years, having to constantly renew the license every year would be a real problem.Therefore, I kindly ask you to please provide me with a solution regarding the Tutor LMS Pro license, or let me know if it would be possible to receive a refund. The Tutor LMS Pro license key is only required for automatic plugin updates directly from the Tutor LMS developer’s server. It is not required to unlock or use the Pro features.
When you install the Efor theme, the Tutor LMS Pro plugin included with the theme is already fully activated. All the Pro features are available right away, without needing to enter any license key.
Also, you do not need to request a new license key each year. We regularly release monthly updates for the Efor theme, and each update includes the latest version of Tutor LMS Pro.
