Portfolio No Longer Showing Elementor Layout

    Hi,

I have the Elementor platform enabled for Posts and Portfolio, however for some reason the text and images are now just being lumped into one large text box and not displaying correctly.

What’s strange is that all previously created posts and portfolio pieces are still displaying correctly. The issue only seems to be affecting any new ones I create.

Could you please investigate what may have changed and advise on a fix?

    Thanks,
    E

    Hi E,

Thanks for reaching out. To investigate this properly, could you please share your website URL? I have the login credentials but not the site address.

In the meantime, since the issue only affects newly created posts/portfolio items while older ones work fine, this usually points to a recent change. Could you try the following steps on your end?

    1. Go to Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data, then click “Regenerate Files & Data”.
    2. Go to Elementor → Settings → General and disable “Default Fonts” and “Default Colors” so the theme’s own styles are applied.
    3. Temporarily deactivate any third-party plugins (especially recently updated ones) and check if the issue persists — a plugin conflict can sometimes break Elementor’s rendering.
    4. Make sure WordPress, the theme, Elementor, and Elementor Pro are all running their latest versions.

Once I have the site URL, I’ll log in and take a closer look as well.

    Thanks!

    Hi serkan,

The WP login details were in my original message under the private tab.
Are you able to see those?

    Thanks, E

    Hi there,

I noticed there was just an update pushed for the Duplicate Page plugin, I updated this and it has now been corrected.

    Hi E,

Great to hear that the Duplicate Page plugin update resolved the issue! Plugin conflicts can sometimes cause unexpected behavior with Elementor, so it’s good to know the latest version sorted it out.

If anything else comes up, feel free to open a new topic anytime.

    Thanks,
    Serkan
