Critical scrolling freeze on load and in footer (Mobile completely broken)

    Hello support team,

    I am experiencing a critical issue with the scrolling behavior on my website. The page becomes completely unresponsive to scrolling, and I am unable to figure out what is causing this conflict. I really want to avoid having to rebuild the entire website from scratch, so I would appreciate your guidance or a look at the setup.

    Here are the exact symptoms of the problem:

    1. On Page Load (Desktop): When the home page loads, scrolling is completely frozen/blocked for a few seconds. It only starts working after all scripts are fully loaded.
    2. Mobile Devices: Scrolling does not work at all. The page is completely locked from the very beginning, and touch gestures do nothing.
    3. Footer Freeze: On desktop, if I wait for the page to load and scroll all the way down to the footer, the page locks up again. At that point, it gets stuck and I cannot scroll back up or further down.

    What I have already tried:
    We suspected the main hero slider widget might be causing a touch/scroll block, so we tried hiding the slider section completely. However, the scrolling issue still persists globally across the page. It seems to be a deeper script or overflow conflict.

    I have provided the WordPress admin login credentials in the Private Content section below. Could you please check what is blocking the scroll or point me in the right direction?

    Hi,
    I am unable to login your admin panel. I am getting this warning message;
    “Due to protection of web servers from repeated attacks, we were forced to restrict access to administrative interface of web pages to selected countries. If you are currently in a foreign country, please sign in to WebAdmin, proceed to your domain management and disable this GeoIP filter in CMS Support section.”
    First of all, i would recommend you to go to appearance > customize > general > layout > disable smooth scroll and save it. After that you can try to disable the third party plugins abd check it again.
    If your issue is still persist, you can disable the geoip and i can check the theme.

    Thank you for your reply.

    First of all, I am sorry for the login issues you experienced. I have just disabled the GeoIP filter, so you should now be able to log in to the admin panel without any problems.

    Regarding your recommendations:

    I went to Appearance > Customize > General > Layout and disabled smooth scroll, then saved the changes.

    I also tried disabling third-party plugins to test it.

    Unfortunately, there is no change, and the critical scrolling freeze issue still persists.

    The test in the video was done using the Brave browser in incognito mode, but I have also tried other browsers (Safari, Firefox, and Chrome) with the same broken result.

    Could you please log in now and check the theme to see what might be causing this?

    I just deactivated third party plugins and the scrolling issue is gone. Please clear your browser cache and try it again.
