Whenever I try to update the Tutor LMS Pro plugin, I receive the following error message: “Update failed: A valid license key is required to update Tutor LMS Pro. Please enter your license key in the plugin settings.” My license is currently activated, but due to this version mismatch, many glitches are occurring on the site and none of my enrollments are not showing up. I have also updated the theme.

I checked your site: it is running Efor 13.3.0, Tutor LMS 4.1.2 and Tutor LMS Pro 4.1.1 (not 4.0.4). So Tutor LMS Pro is already at the version bundled with the current theme, and the two plugins are in sync.
Two notes:
1. Tutor LMS 4.1.3 (the free plugin) was released today with a security fix. Please update it from Dashboard > Updates.
2. The “A valid license key is required to update Tutor LMS Pro” message comes from the Tutor LMS Pro plugin itself: the “update now” link on the Plugins page works only with a Tutor LMS Pro license key activated under Tutor LMS > Settings > License. You don’t need that link with Efor. Tutor LMS Pro is updated together with the theme: when a new Efor version ships a newer Tutor LMS Pro, go to Appearance > Install Theme Plugins and update it from there; that page does not ask for a license key. Tutor LMS Pro 4.1.2 (released on 12 October) will be included in the next Efor update.
If the license key we issued for your domain shows as inactive or invalid on the License page, let us know in this topic with your final URL and we will check it:
