Renovatio Theme Demo Import not working

    Hi,

    Firstly, I had to manually add the plugins as they were showing error. After adding them all, I tried to import demo ontent but it shows error.

    Although I updated my server configuration, the error is still the same, it won’t import demo content.

    Import Failed
    Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.

    Import Failed
    Error: error (0)

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the login details. Unfortunately, I can’t reach your site at all — the URL doesn’t load on my end, so I’m not able to log in and check the import.

    Could you please confirm that the URL is correct and that the site is publicly accessible? If you have a security plugin, a server-side firewall, or a maintenance/coming-soon mode active, it may be blocking my access. Whitelisting my access or temporarily disabling it should solve it.

    Once I can get in, I’ll look into the demo import error right away.
