How do I activate license?
Hi, we will update the bundled JetElements and JetPopup plugin to the latest version with the next update. The individual license key is not provided by the plugin author. But you can use all features without any problem.
I have updated the latest efor theme yesterday provided by download but the theme/ layout is not running as foreseen. The layout is completely “destroyed. I wanted to used the “Richard Hopkins” demo. Can you check this and give me advise please. Thank you in advance!
I have read the plugins JetElements und JetPopup should be provided with the latest theme update. I have installed this yesterday but it did not work out. Can you check this or give advise how can it be resolved, please. Thank you!

And I have questions regarding the header. The header is too small for the logo. Will you please have a look at it. I mean there must be some settings inside the theme without having to change the css files.

You don’t need any licence key for the jet plugins. We will add updated version and you will have it, when you update the theme regularly.
Please go to dashboard > appearance > customize > site identity > image logo height > you can increase it.

I struggle with finding the efor demo templates/popups.
Can you tell me how to import the templates into elementor and how to pick them?
How can i choose any demo element or any jet pop up element in the theme and place it with elementor?Thanks :)
Hi, You can edit any page via elementor, click on add template button, choose any part of the theme and insert it. Please see the related images;

i wanted to try to update jet element and jet popups, but as i red above the efor license isn’t working on them.
i wanted to update, cus i thought maybe that’s the reason i could’t import the pop ups you sent me.
i dowloaded the latest efor version. how can i update the heme without loosing my current content and design? (as well in order to get the current jet pop up/elements.)

You should update the theme first, then you can delete the jet elements plugin and install the latest version of the plugins.

i tired to update via envato automatic update plugin:
first i failed, than it said it was successful.but afterwards i couldn’t find jet elements and popup plugins in the plugin section,
after deleting them. i was only able to install jet tricks.now i tried to update the theme manually, via appearnce, it said:
“Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.”Please help me XD

Update: It looks like the theme is updated, but the Jet Plugins aren’t availible for me.

Hi, I can see that you are using the latest version of the JetElements plug-in that we have published. You can also update your plugins in this way when updates are available for the theme.
Jet plugin license key is not available for 3rd users. Therefore, you cannot update individually. We will publish regular updates for you. Thus, you will always have the latest version of the plugins.

Just delete those plugins and go to plugins > install > when you install those plugins you will have the latest version.
ThanksI have successfully uploaded my site with the theme, but now the problem is that I can only edit the pages using Elementor on localhost but not on my server. I have tried to diagnose and found the problem to be the the JetElements plugin. If I deactivate it it goes with part of my website. I have tried to update it but the update requires a licence activation which I thought comes with the theme. How do I go about this. My version of jetelements is 2.5.5 and the new version is 2.5.7

Please delete the jetelemets plugin from the plugin folder then go to install section and activate the jetelements again then you will have the latest version.

You are using efor version 7.1.1 but we released 7.1.8 version.
So, first of all you should update the theme then you will able to update the plugins.
If you install envato market plugin, it will be easy for you to update the theme in the future.

Now I have updated everything including the theme and jet elements but the elementor editor is still not working. It keeps spinning but never loads. What could be the problem.
Hi, it fails with elementor, it might be because of the allocated resources size for your site, please note that increasing the hosting limits doesn’t guarantee you will get those resources all the time, you may get lower resources allocated for your site depending on the traffic on shared hosts.
Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.
Please create a new topic if you have further questions.I’ve just downloaded and uploaded my theme but it says the JetPopup plugin is outdated. I cannot use Elementor without disabling the JetPopup plugin, otherwise it just sits there spinning trying to load.

What is your jetpopup plugin version? We are using 1.5.4 with the theme. You can delete and intall it again.

Hello, same problem. I just updated EFOR to 8.0.1 version and JetPopup and JetElements are still in old versions (1.5.4 / 2.5.8). Update not possible because of required Key.
You wrote, deinstalling both plugins and new installing both? Do I understand it correctly?
Does this not have an impact on my still existing wordpress site with Efor which uses the JetElements for Elementor and JetPopup?Sorry, it is my first site and i’`m not an expert with building pages so i do not want to make any mistakte. And sorry for my english…. i’m a german user.

Yes, you can delete and reinstall it. We have purchased a license to use the plugins, but individual licensing is not provided. So when you delete and reinstall, you will reach the latest version. Note: also make sure your theme is up to date.Hello @serkan,
We updated the EFOR theme (8.1.14) but when we updated Elementor to 3.6.1 the plugin JetElements For Elementor and Jet Pop up do an issue and crash the website.
Please can you updated the EFOR theme or send us lasted versions of there plugins.

If you delete and reinstall the Jetelements plugin after updating your theme, you will have the updated version.
