Depending on the difficulty of the subject I’m writting on a specific blog post, I want to include an image that is going to be something like a “difficulty rating”. 3 yellow stars: 1 star meaning the text can be easily understood by everyone, and 3 stars meaning the text is advanced.

So, how can I include this at the beginning of each post title?

You can add “☆” st the beginning of each post title manuelly. But if you want to show more professional yellow star, it is not possible by default.
