Hello I purchased today EFor theme for word press and installed it, there 3 plugins that need update but first must activate license. I pasted the license that i have from Envato but the error is it is invalid. Is there a different activation code that i need?

I can’t provide the license keys directly here because the developer issues them only through the specific support topic where they manage and verify requests.

To receive the JetElements, JetPopup, and Tutor LMS Pro activation keys, please post your message on this page:

This is very important, because the developer monitors only that topic for license requests.
Once you post your domain and purchase code there, they’ll generate and send you the correct license keys.
Just copy/paste your message into that topic and they will take care of the rest.

hi, i cant update the jet plugins .. do i need you for that every time or how does that work?

Hi there,

No worries at all — if you installed the Envato Market plugin, then yes, you will also receive update notifications directly through that plugin.

However, for bundled plugins like the Jet plugins, updates are delivered through our theme, not through Envato Market.
So you can always update Jet plugins from:

Appearance → Install Theme Plugins

Whenever we publish new versions, the update button will appear there automatically — you don’t need to request updates each time.

If an update ever fails, just deactivate → delete → reinstall it from the same page.
This will install the latest version safely without losing any data.
