Hello,

I purchased your Podcasty theme from ThemeForest and installed it on our website liveinfieri.com. Even though I installed and ran all the plugins, the blog content pages don’t look like the demo version. Also, the content in the “latest episode” section on the homepage doesn’t look like the demo. If I made a mistake during the installation, I’d like to know how I can fix it.

Thanks for the info and for sharing your website link. I checked your site liveinfieri.com, but it looks like the “Coming Soon / Maintenance Mode” is currently active. Because of that, I’m not able to see the frontend and check how the theme looks.

Could you please do one of the following?

1. Temporarily disable the coming soon mode, so I can view the site’s frontend.
or
2. Create a temporary admin user account for us, so we can log in and inspect the setup from inside WordPress.

You can safely share the temporary admin login credentials in the “Private Content” field when replying in our support forum. That information will only be visible to our support team.

Once we can access the site, we’ll check the installation and help you get the demo layout working correctly.

Hi,
I tried both passwords you shared. However, it’s giving me an error. The WP admin panel redirects me to the WordPress.org page. It also says the information I entered is incorrect. Before sharing this information, I would ask you to check it on a different device as well.

Hi,
I tried to login your website, there are many plugins activated. Blog page looks okay but latest episode page are affecting from the third party plugins. I recommend you to deactivate them and try it again.
