    Hi,

    why the Apple Touch Icon png file have a black background ? I searched in the theme files for a reason and couldn’t figure out…

    is it css ?

    A bit of thinking…. :-) I found a quick solution… I just added a colored background on the apple touch logo…

    PNG format supports transparency. The transparent areas will be black colored in Apple devices. Your solution is the right way.

    Is the apple touch icon the one which is shown when you click on bookmarks in safari OS X or IOS? In your live demo I could see the icon if I save your website in my bookmarks but now I uploaded my png to my wordpress in Appearance>theme options> general and Apple touch icon and it didn’t work. I don’t know if the size of this is the place to upload that icon or favicon. Please help. Thanks
