I’ve encountered an issue when attempting to edit portfolio pages—I receive an error message stating: “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template in order for Elementor to work on this page.” Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
Thank you for your response. I followed your instructions by enabling the portfolio in the settings, reloading WordPress, and clearing the cache on the website. However, I am still unable to edit the portfolio with Elementor and continue to encounter the same issue as before. Thank you
Thank you very much for your help. I have resolved the issue I was dealing with, but unfortunately, I have encountered another problem. I am using two portfolio pages and have created portfolio categories, sorting posts into each category. However, I cannot find an option to filter and display only one category on one page and another category on a different page.
Hi,
Dashboard > Appearance > Menu
When you follow this steps, you can assign a portfolio category to the menu. You can also place it in the menu by drag and drop method. You can also integrate the second portfolio category in this way. These things I mentioned apply to the portfolio category. Apart from that, if you want to create two separate pages from the portfolio page, it is technically not possible.
Thanks
