Is there a way i could resize front image background ?

I have a picture of a map, and whenever resolution is different, picture is cut on edges. I been trying to adopt proper size but it does not work. On 1 or 3 resolutions picture is always cut.

The solution would be to add picture on top, not on background, is there a easy way to do it ?

I have set .cover { background-size: contain; }
IT seems to work.
