Hello,
I am using the theme eFor, with Tutor LMS Pro. I just imported the Demo 13.
I am using the Monetization options > WooCommerce
And everytime I try to add a course to the cart, and then click on VIew Cart button, from a non-logged in user, it shows, “No course in the cart” message.
I have trouble shooted the following things.
1. Cleared the browser cache. No change, same issue.
2. Disabled all the plugins, expect for WooCommerce and TutorLMS. Issue still there.
3. Disabled TutorLMS. I can now see the courses in the Cart.So the issue is with TutorLMS Pro. So I did the following next.
1. The reinstalled the latest TutorLMS version 3.8.0
2. I also downgraded to TutorLMS Pro version 3.7.4. No change, issue still there.
3. I upgraded to latest TutorLMS 3.8.0. No change. Please let me know a solution to this asap!
Regards,
Hi there,
Thank you for the detailed troubleshooting — that’s really helpful. From what you described, the issue seems to occur only when Tutor LMS Pro is active, since WooCommerce cart works fine without it. That points to a conflict inside Tutor LMS itself, rather than the theme.
A few things you can try while we also escalate this:
Guest checkout option – Please go to Tutor LMS > Settings > Monetization and make sure “Guest checkout” is enabled. Without it, courses may not remain in cart for non-logged-in users.
WooCommerce settings – Under WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy, check that “Allow customers to place orders without an account” is enabled.
Cart page shortcode – Double-check that your Cart page has the correct WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_cart] and is assigned properly under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Cart page.
Update DB & flush permalinks – Sometimes after switching versions, you need to go to Settings > Permalinks and just click Save once to flush, and also run Tutor LMS database update if prompted.
Theme test – Just to be 100% sure, please try briefly switching to a default WP theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) and test. If the problem is still there, then it is definitely not caused by eFor but by Tutor LMS Pro.
Best regards,
Serkan
