Hi, and thank you for sharing the link.
I’m able to see the login page, but I’ll need the username and password as well so I can access your dashboard and check the contact form issue.
Please submit your details again in the Private Content box (the secure area below the reply field).
Only you and our support team can see the information entered there.
Once I have the full admin credentials, I’ll take a look right away and help you restore the contact form.

Hi,

The contact form used on Demo 1 is included in the theme package — it just needs to be imported into your site.

Here’s the quick method:

– Go to your ThemeForest Downloads page and download the full package.

– Inside the unzipped folder, find:
Sample Data → WPForms Contact Form → “simple-contact-form” file.

– Import this file in your dashboard via:
WPForms → Tools → Import
( https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-import-and-export-wpforms/ )

– Then edit your Contact page with Elementor and select the imported form from the WPForms widget.

After saving the page, the form will appear exactly like in the demo.
