Hi there if I tap on the tabs of the contact form they do not open. I customised the position of the tabs in a more friendly way but now they don’t work. Could you please help me in making them working again without changing them the position? And where I should my email address for redirecting users’ emails?

Go to your text nab not to visual tab and delete the space area. Btw could you provide me your related URL please?

Yes i know how to delete the shortcode, but I spent a couple of hours to customize the position of the contact form tabs, so please help me in other ways

You did too much customization on the contact form.
1.Can you disable all of your plugins and test it again?
2.Please use NinjaForm plugin alternatively instead of contact form.

I created a default contact form for you. There is customization in the contact form so I can not control it. It requires more time and effort to customization, if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at envato studio.

This is your default contact page. I created a page which calls contact. But when you do customization on it, it’s affecting the functionality. I tried to send you a test message via default contact form and its working well. But more customization you can consider hiring an expert at Envato studio.

Every time I post a question on this forum, is because of having something simple and really minimalist. This mostly means something nice to see and well aligned. But it seems that you don’t care. Every time I ask for something that it should already be included in the features of this theme, you don’t care. This theme has the potentiality to become the best minimalist theme, but it seems that you don’t really care. This is why now I won’t rate and I won’t recommend it.
You won’t never become the best if you don’t care about the details

I see you, but we don’t promise any customization work anywhere, but still we try to help you all on some simple css customizations that doesn’t take more than just a few minutes,
but what you are asking is not possible with just a few lines of code.

I’m not the only person that asked for this. And I won’t be the last.
Do you think you will save time by replying each time as now and having disappointed users, or by just improving the basics of this theme?
Anyway I understood that I’m just wasting my time writing this because you don’t really care, and when you say thanks I know that you won’t take any action after.

So now tell me how I can have the “attach a file” included (FOR FREE), and then restore my insert shortcode tab! I’m really getting angry now

Hi, sorry but what you are asking (creating a custom form with file attachment) is not possible with default contact form shortcodes or with static html form markup (which you are using now), you definitely need a form builder plugin (like NinjaForms or contactForm7) for that, then you can build your own contact form with the inputs (text-file etc…) you want, then we can help you about simple customizations on your custom form.
