Dear support,

I would like to ask how to change the text:”continue reading”? I do not want to translate it or something, but rather change the default in the code. Yet I cannot find it anywhere.
I hope you can help me with this, it would be enough if you would point me to the right file so I can change it in the editor.
Secondly, I would like to remove the headings (below the menu) that seem to appear automatically when I create a new page. (http://simplicissimus2.com/test/)

1. It is in the format-standard.php file.

2. Use this in your Custom CSS field:

body.page article .entry-header {
display: none;
}
