I am trying to figure out how to customize the slideshow “gallery.”

I have read thru the postings here and still am struggling with this.

Primary issues:

1. Slowing down the gallery from flicking thru the slides too fast, the field contained in the following appears to do nothing: WP-> Dashboard -> Appearance ->ThemeOptions->Gallery->SlideShowInterval

2. Customizing the font style, color, and size to be inline with the rest of the blog.

3. Changing the background of the slideshow itself.

4. Any other changeable variables that I can alter to tailor to my website.

Hi, only use integer values in the field.

– in miliseconds:

3000 = 3 seconds

I have used multiple integer values within the field:
6000
12000
15000

All to no avail.

I am wondering if there is not some file that is not allowing the new value to be written to.

I got it, integers all day long that designate milliseconds…no change.

i just tested on our demo site SlideShow Interval (on Single) field works fine as it should. Can you provide your url to see what’s wrong.

Be advised I added a minor plug in to extend the caption area at the bottom of the screen.

With that said, the slide timing is still not working.

I was talking about built in gallery slideshow internal. I see you are using a plugin for slideshow. You can check the plugin’s setting page for customizing that slideshow.
