    Hi,

Love the theme but I am having issues with JetPopup. When you click the top button on my website it doesn’t load the popup.

I have assigned the correct popup and trigger is set to open when button is clicked. I have also tried it with when widget is clicked. When I publish the homepage with the changes it works but then after a few minutes stops working. I have no idea why this is.

    Please can you help?

    Thank you

Still having this issue – seems to be a caching issue. I’ve tried caching the website, Elementor and JetPopup. It works once or twice and then stops. I can’t keep manually caching the website. There’s no new plugins installed either and I have Elementor Pro activated so I cannot understand why this is happening.

    Please help.

I really didn’t want to leave this comment but felt I had no choice. I’m getting increasingly more and more frustated with Pixel Wars. I am a WordPress Designer and bought so many themes over the years and never once come across slower support. I’m willing to remove this comment and leave a 5 star review if I can get help with my issue. I’ve gone through the main support forum and my issue (a clear bug with the main CTA JetPopup button) is clearly being ignored. Everyone else’s queries are being anwered but mine are being ignored. Other than that, the theme is great but if the main CTA button on the homepage doesn’t work then its rendered useless. Please come back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Hi @rwc-website
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration you’ve experienced—this is not the level of support we aim to provide. Let’s resolve your JetPopup issue immediately.

    You can get your license key in this topic;
    https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/

This typically occurs if the plugin isn’t properly licensed or conflicts with caching.
Go to WordPress Dashboard > JetPlugins > License Manager.
Ensure your license key is active (re-enter it if needed).

    Clear all caches:
Server cache (contact your host if unsure how).
Plugin cache (e.g., WP Rocket, Litespeed).
Browser cache (Ctrl+F5 on the page).
Temporarily deactivate all caching plugins (and CDN if used). Does the popup work consistently? If yes, caching is the culprit.
Disable plugins except Elementor, JetEngine, and JetPopup. Reactivate one by one to identify conflicts.

    Alternative Trigger Setup
Try assigning the popup via Elementor’s built-in popup trigger (instead of JetPopup’s trigger) as a workaround:
    Edit the button in Elementor.
Under Button > Advanced > Custom Attributes, add:
    Name: data-popup-id
Value: [your-popup-ID] (find this in JetPopup > Edit Popup > URL hash).

If these steps don’t resolve it, please provide:
Screenshots of your JetPopup trigger settings and license manager.
Any console errors (press F12 in browser > “Console” tab).
Your hosting provider name (some have aggressive server caching).

I’ll personally monitor this thread to ensure your issue is resolved promptly. Your feedback is invaluable, and I appreciate your willingness to update your review once we fix this—we’ll earn that 5-star rating!
Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you for your response.

I tried everything above and unfortunately had no luck. I even tried my own javascript function and that failed too.

However, I think I may have found the fix…

I simply changed the ‘display conditions’ on the popup in JetPopup settings to ‘Entire Site’. This seems to be working… I am keeping a close eye on it as this doesn’t seem like a solid fix.

If the problem persists, I will reply here.

Thanks again for finally coming back to me.

    Hi @rwc-website
Thank you for your patience and for sharing the workaround you discovered! Setting the popup’s display conditions to “Entire Site” is a clever temporary fix, and I’m glad it’s working for now.
To ensure a permanent solution, let’s investigate further if the issue resurfaces:

Display Conditions Conflict: Sometimes, conditional logic (e.g., “Include on specific pages”) can conflict with dynamic content or caching. We’ll test this if needed.

Cache Re-test: Since caching was a suspected culprit, monitor if the popup breaks again after your cache regenerates. If so, we can explore excluding JetPopup scripts from caching.

Error Logs: If the problem returns, share any browser console errors (F12 > Console) or server error logs—this helps pinpoint conflicts.

For now, I’ll mark this as “resolved” but will keep the thread open for updates. Just reply here anytime, and I’ll prioritize your case immediately.

Thank you again for your persistence and for giving us the chance to assist you. We truly appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving your experience.

    Best regards.
