Hi, my website (http://nebesht.com) is for creative writing. There are professional writers’ work I want to be to displayed on the main page, but there are also no-so-good stories that I want them to be displayed on a category post on the sidebar only. How can I exclude a particular category from showing on the main page?

Also, you don’t have a category widget specially designed for the site. The other widgets don’t really match the rest of the theme design. Any suggestion?

Note: You can use the “Categories” widget of the wordpress.
