Fresh installation fails

    Hi,
    I just installed the theme, and it won’t install, I was getting 503 error, until I disable the included Jet plugins, and then somehow it installed partly.

    For 99$ theme, I expected everything to work smoothly – I worked with a lot of cheaper themes , this is the first, and had no problems.

    And the server configuration is OK

    How can I solve it?

    Hi, can you contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site?
    It should be at least 256mb. Then you can provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below, I can import the demo data for you. (Also tell me do you want to achieve demo 1 demo 2 or etc.)
    The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded.
    You should contact to your hosting provider.

    Hi,
    Please Unzip the downloaded package from Themeforest and you will see the theme is under Theme folder in the package.
    Install the theme via WordPress admin panel.
    Go to: Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload.
    You will see file upload form below, click on Choose Files button
    From there go to the directory where you have unzipped the package, then navigate to efor-package-v9.0.2(version may change)/Theme/1-Parent Theme and then select efor.zip file
    Install and activate the theme.
    Then tell me which demo version you want to achieve. I will help you.

    Hi,
    When i try to import the demo data, i am getting en error message from your hosting company.
    Could you please contact to your hosting company and tell them you are receiving error 503 when you import the demo content.
    Also i will forward this topic to our wordpress developer as well if there is anything we can do.

    Hi, the demo import functionality needs enough resources on your server. If you are not sure whether or not your server support this, please contact your web host.
