If I use the HERO code, the overall design breaks up (the whole website gets covered in the hero frame).

If however I change the size of my browser, it works like it should: http://www.mbbl.nl/img/right.jpg

(I placed the Responsy Editor Content widget in the Homepage section and used the code in the home page ‘page’)

Any idea what causes this and how to solve this?

I have tested. Use like this:
