Hi Pixelwars Team,
First of all, thank you for your great work on the Efor theme — Demo 09 looks amazing and is exactly what I was looking for.
I purchased the theme on May 7, 2025, and followed all the setup steps, but I’m encountering two issues:
1. Homepage keeps auto-refreshing
After importing Demo 09 and setting the homepage, the page refreshes continuously and becomes unusable.

Most of the media files from the demo did not import properly. I’ve attached the log file to this post.Server configuration (OVH – shared hosting):
Based on the info shown in WP Admin > Tools > Site Health > Server, here is my current setup:PHP version: 8.2.21
PHP memory limit: 512M
PHP time limit: 165
Max input time: -1
PHP post max size: 130M
Upload max filesize: 128MI contacted my host to increase the limits, but they told me I would need to upgrade to a more expensive plan to get higher values. For now, I’m staying on this configuration.
Could you please confirm if this setup is sufficient to run your theme properly?
If some parameters must absolutely be increased, I’ll see what I can do with my host.Thanks in advance for your help!

For this theme to work in the best and smoothest way, the necessary server configuration settings need to be made.
Please make sure that your server configuration settings are as shown in the link below.

Server configuration settings can be adjusted through the hosting control panel. You can do this yourself, or you can ask your web hosting provider to make these adjustments for you.

I’ve contacted my hosting provider (OVH), and unfortunately, I’m on a shared hosting plan where the required server settings (memory limit, time limit, etc.) cannot be modified. They confirmed that these settings are fixed and only adjustable on VPS or dedicated servers — which I’m not planning to switch to at this time due to the cost.
When I purchased the Efor theme, I wasn’t aware that such specific server configurations were required. I didn’t see this clearly mentioned on the Envato Market product page. If I had known, I would have checked in advance.
Since I can’t use the theme with my current hosting setup, I kindly ask if it would be possible to receive a refund.
Could you please let me know what the process is to request it?Thank you for your understanding, and again, congratulations on the quality of your work.

To further investigate and try the demo import myself, could you please share your WordPress admin login credentials in the “Private Content” section below? I’ll check everything carefully.
If a working solution is not possible, I’ll start the refund process accordingly.

I’ve checked your site, and unfortunately, the current server resources are not sufficient for the theme to function properly — especially during the demo import process, which requires higher memory and execution limits.
Given this limitation, I believe the best solution is to proceed with a refund.
