Greetings!

Recently bought your theme and I just started working on it. I need something and I can’t figure out how to do it as I cannot find any option in the theme.

I want to offer the option of creating an account. There should be a button on the header that says “Sign in/Signup” and when is clicked, it should ask “Signup as a student or as an instructor?” and when the user is logged in, the “Signup” button should change to “My account” blah blah blah, you know, just simple login feature. How do I implement that as there is no option in your theme for this?

Hi,
Well, yeah, I defo checked that, but it doesn’t say how to show both register/login links in header, and how to change that (do they change automatically?) after the user is logged in, the links change to “My Account”. It’s simple woocommerce, but I can’t manage to do it and I don’t know why.

I’m sorry, why should I contact the plugin author? It’s a theme demand. Have you even understood my request? It seems to me you don’t wanna help. Please do as it’s a theme request, not a plugin request, because it’s involved within your theme.

Neither you or the plugin authors are helping me out. This is insane. You seriously don’t know how to do this? A simple request, that’s it, and you simply redirect me to other third party support like it’s their responsability to help me. No problem, I will ask for a refund and contact Envato support. This is outrageous and I do not wish this to happen to anyone else.

First of all, I’m sorry you had a negative experience. Customizations that are not included in the theme are out of our support scale. Because we are not the people who created the plugin. Plugin authors can reveal the fastest customization solutions. However, if you have any issues with the theme, we are happy to help.

I am not requesting for a customization! Where in the world did you see me writing/asking that? It’s obviously a theme problem if I don’t have an option to place a SIMPLE login/register link in the header. What is so hard to help with this? You create a super complex theme yet you can’t provide help for setting up the registration/login methods which ALL other websites offer by DEFAULT? You are messing with me right now. This is not a negative experience, this is a horrible experience.
