All my galleries are created first like portfolio, then with his corresponding page. Not this way to create the isolated blog. I suppose that from options of topic it could form it, but I do not find the form. Can they help me?

Hi FEPFI,
First of all, i recommended to read Posts section in documentary. Your explanation is confused me a little bit. But what i understood is you want to create a blog page. Create a page as usual. You are currently editing the page that shows your latest posts. Go to settings > reading > A static page (select below) Front page: Home and Posts page: Blog then send a post. That is all.
