Hi, how can I import styles from another demo, for example, from demo-06 to demo-11? For instance, I want to add the Instagram widget that appears in the footer of demo-06 to demo-11. https://themes.pixelwars.org/efor/demo-06/

    Hi,

Please download the full package from your ThemeForest Downloads page and unzip it on your computer.

Inside the package, you’ll find a folder named “Sample Data”.
Open that folder and then go to “Demo Widget Settings”.

In the “Demo Widget Settings” folder, you’ll see separate widget setting files prepared for each demo.
There is also a help file named “How To Import Widget Settings”.
That file explains step by step how to import the widget settings.

By following those steps, you can import the widget settings of any demo (for example, Demo 06) on top of another demo (for example, Demo 11).

    Important:
Before importing the widget settings manually, make sure that all plugins required for the widgets you are importing from are active on your site.

You can check which plugins are required for each demo on the “One Click Demo Import” screen. It’s shown just before you start the import process.

After importing the desired widget settings, you can go to Appearance → Widgets and remove any unwanted widgets.

Hi, I’ve already imported the widget successfully. Now I can see that the widget displays [insta-gallery id=”0″]. How can I configure it to show my Instagram images?

To display your Instagram photos in the footer:

    1. Go to Social Feed Gallery → Accounts and connect your Instagram account.
    2. Then go to the Feeds tab and create a new feed, choosing how the photos should appear.

Error when accessing Social Feed instructions + Google marks site as malicious

    Message:
    Hello,

When I try to access the Social Feed instructions, I get this error:
    👉 Screenshot:

I haven’t installed any suspicious or nulled plugins — the site is completely clean. However, Google Search Console shows that my website contains malicious pages.

I even deleted WordPress and performed a fresh installation, but the issue persists. Could the theme include any harmful redirects or scripts? Please help me, as I don’t want Google to flag my website as dangerous.

The only thing I’ve done after reinstalling WordPress is importing the demo content.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,

When I try to access the Social Feed instructions, I get the following error:

    To replicate the issue:

    Go to the WordPress Dashboard.

Navigate to Social Feed Gallery → Feeds.

    The error appears there.

After a deeper investigation, I have confirmed that the issue is not caused by a plugin. For example, when I go to Tools → Import, I still encounter the same error. You can see the error here: 👉 https://ibb.co/vpPzC5q

This leads me to believe that the parent theme “efor” might be infected with malware. I have not performed any risky or suspicious actions on the site. Please help me as soon as possible — I need guidance on how to remove the infection and prevent Google from marking the site as unsafe.

    Requested actions/assistance:

Please confirm whether the theme contains malicious code.

If it does, provide steps to safely clean or replace the theme (or provide a clean theme package).

Any recommended scans, tools, or logs I should share to speed up diagnosis.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello,

I’m feeling very confused and disappointed because the theme is showing strong signs of containing malware. I’ve purchased many themes before, and I’ve never experienced this kind of issue.

If necessary, I would like to request a refund, as I no longer feel confident using this theme. I’m very unhappy and disappointed that a premium product could have such poor quality, especially since this could cause Google to flag my website as unsafe and lead to a loss in sales in the future.

Please let me know the proper steps to request a refund and resolve this situation.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Hello,

My hosting provider helped me temporarily resolve the issue; however, I still have serious concerns that your theme might contain malware or malicious code.

Now my website looks like this:

I’m very worried about this situation, as I haven’t installed any suspicious plugins or made unsafe changes. Could you please check if the theme contains any security vulnerabilities or infected files?

I would really appreciate your help confirming whether the theme is clean and safe to use.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Hi,

Thank you very much for reaching out and for explaining your situation in detail.
We completely understand your concern and we want to assure you that the Efor theme does not contain any malicious or harmful code. The theme is sold exclusively on ThemeForest, where all files are reviewed and verified by Envato’s security team before being published.

What you are experiencing is most likely related to a plugin conflict or a false positive warning triggered by one of the imported demo scripts, rather than an actual infection. The “Social Feed Gallery” plugin (used for Instagram widgets) sometimes causes these warnings when its API tokens or redirects are blocked or flagged by automated security scanners.

To help you verify that your site is clean, please follow these steps:

Scan your website using a trusted security plugin such as Wordfence or Sucuri Security and remove any flagged temporary cache files.

Reinstall a fresh copy of the theme downloaded directly from your ThemeForest Downloads page — this ensures that no file was altered during upload or transfer.

Make sure that all plugins are downloaded from official WordPress.org or ThemeForest sources.

Clear your browser and server cache, then recheck your site with Google Search Console → Security Issues to request a review once the issue is resolved.

Please rest assured that the theme itself is 100% clean and safe to use, and we’ve never received any verified reports of malware infections.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Let us know once you’ve completed the scan or if you’d like step-by-step guidance on reinstalling a clean copy.

    Kind regards,
    Serkan
