I have been trying to update the Jet Elements plugin to the 2.7.1.1 version that is now available. I’m getting an “internal server error” message when trying to edit pages that have Jet Elements on them.

We have an active license key for Jet Elements but for some reason I keep getting a message this error message “update package not available.”

Can you help? Thank you!

For this theme to work in the best and smoothest way, the necessary server configuration settings need to be made.

Please make sure that your server configuration settings are as shown in the link below.

Server configuration settings can be adjusted through the hosting control panel. You can do this yourself, or you can ask your web hosting provider to make these adjustments for you.

We have now updated the server settings as you suggested. However we are still getting an error message when attempting to update Jet Elements. What do you suggest?

The actual message we get when trying to update is “Update package not available.” And when I click into the “upgrade subscription” button I get a screen stating that my license is not found.
