Hi, can you please tell me where I can find zip files for JetPopup and JetElements plugins? I can’t find it anywhere in the zip file of the theme when I download it from Themeforrest, there is a theme, demos, widgets etc but no plugins. Or maybe I am missing something

Hi, you can install bundled JetElements and JetPopup plugins directly from your WordPress dashboard.

Go to your Appearance > Install Theme Plugins page and install the plugins one by one.

Hi, I’ve done as listed above but get the message “an error occurred while updating Jetpopup and Jetelements add-on for elemental page builder: update package not available.

Please advise what to do next.

Hi @kathyward
First of all, update our theme. Then go to plugins page, delete jetpopup and jet elements > then click on install plugins and you will able to install the latest version of the theme
