Good morning

I’ve noticed that the portfolio lightbox is not working sometimes. When you click one of the portfolio link, it turns out to be a blank white page whiteout showing any inside contents.

Hello, i have just bought the theme a few days ago, and i have the same issue.
When i click a single image it works fine, but if i have a portfolio item with a html page attached to it it turns up blank.

any idea?

The url is not correct. Could you please check your url?

just scroll down in your portfolio element and don’t forget to select in the right menu
– the detail type
– the thumbnail

What should it be then? Because i have just replaced the name of your default html pages to one of mine.
Even when i just upload the default site downloaded from you it doesnt work..

The only thing changed here is the filter, thumbnail (which works) and the html page that should be loaded infront of the whole thing. And the latter doesnt work.
What should the URL be then if it isnt correct?

Hi, your url shouldn’t contain index.html, this should work;
