I just bought the template but when I try to import XML demo file several errors had appeared:

Failed to create new user for Developer. Their posts will be attributed to the current user. Failed to create new user for Johnny Doe. Their posts will be attributed to the current user. Failed to import portfolio-category Coding Failed to import portfolio-category Design Failed to import portfolio-category Logo

Failed to import “Photographer”: Invalid post type portfolio Failed to import “Read”: Invalid post type portfolio Failed to import “Crunch Light”: Invalid post type portfolio Failed to import “High Trend”: Invalid post type portfolio Failed to import “Curious Neighbour”: Invalid post type portfolio Failed to import “Sun Bath”: Invalid post type portfolio Failed to import “Pixelwars”: Invalid post type portfolio Failed to import “Unique Design”: Invalid post type portfolio

Any way theme looks quite similar, but still how can i get the same view like presented on preview? I’ll be very glad for instructions.

Hi wioletta222,
– Download and install a fresh copy of the theme and check again.
Install the theme via WP admin.
Go to: Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload.
Install “empathy.zip” and activate the theme.
Go to: Tools > Import > WordPress
Browse to the package folder , select XML data file “empathy.wordpress.xml” and upload it.
Then follow the step in documentation.

When you add the theme, next step you should activate the Pixelwars Portfolio plugin. After that import the xml data. If you try to upload the xml data before activated the Pixelwars Portfolio plugin, you can get the error messages. This will solve your problems.
