Is there any way to make the theme look EXACTLY as in the demo with images, posts and everything? I just want to see it and be able to modify it as need it. Sorry, I’m just trying the easy way :)

I did try to upload the XML file provided but it doesn’t look exactly the same, I guess it needs more work?

If you watch the steps in the documentation correctly, your website should look exactly as demo.

So I just got to my first issue….Im pretty sure is a “user problem”, im importing the “sample data”, after I import the XML file and assign authors, I get “Failed to import Media “about-me”” and thats repeated by a lot of lines all of them saying that the import failed.

It did imported some stuff but not all, and the site does not look as in the template, should I keep moving with the tutorial and eventually will look the same or Im having an issue here?

Second question, dont understand what you mean with this “Go to: Appearance > Menus. Select theme location for the imported custom menu.”

You website is not live yet, so i wasn’t able to check what is wrong with your theme. On the left side of the wordpress panel, you can see appearance so you should click it and then you will see menus section and click it again.

The import failed in a lot of files but it seems that the structure is there, so I’ll start adding my information.

Please keep the read the documentation. We explained it in Custom Menu section. It has located under Sample Data section. You can see the screenshots in the documentation what is it mean.
