When I add a more tag to a post it does not add a link to the full post in the post preview.
Example:
I added a more tag after “you’ve truly got a product worth holding on to.” in the “Eric Tabarly and His Trusty Opinel” post on my blog:
http://www.welcomestranger.com/blog

Instead of a “Read more..” link to the post it just cuts off the text where the more tag is added. To get to the full post you have to click the title or picture.

I am able to add/edit code in the theme if necessary to make this change, just let me know what needs to be done!

Cant seem to get a read more to show up.

Can you send the file that generates the post list (and the continue reading link) so I can compare to my file?

Hi, choose an excerpt method for your blog. I mean, don’t use “theme options > blog > excerpt” and “insert more tag” at a same time.

In other words, disable automatic excerpt functionality from theme options > blog > excerpt and add the “insert more tag” to your content OR don’t add “insert more tag” between your content and just activate the automatic excerpt functionality from theme options > blog > excerpt.
