Hi there, I have moved this site to a live server which I am sure the mail function works pretty well. Somehow though, the contact form wouldn’t work.

The php mail() function must be enabled in your server, you can check it by contacting your host.

It says ; Your message was sent successfully.
Which browser you are using for testing it and which platform.
If you didn’t get a new message; can you deactivated all plugin and try it again.

Hi, I have deactivated all my plugins; yet I’m having the issue when I test the contact form. Your custom contact form just keeps sending and never sends. When I even installed contact form 7, it’d say it’s been sent successfully, yet I dont receive anything in my email.

Kindly help troubleshoot.

Hi, if you can get any email both on theme custom form and on contactform7’s form, then i guess it should be related to your server configuration, you can contact for your server people about this issue and see what they say about this.

Sincerely, I do not think it has anything to do with my server. It’s not the first WordPress site I’d be hosting on my server and it works perfectly.
