Hi,

I made my own menu as I saw there :

As the default contact form doesn’t work (unfortunately because I like it very much with map…) I made my own contact form with ninja forms as you had suggest in other posts before.

Please take a look at :

You will see that with my own menu, ninja form doesn’t appear, background color is different and footer doesn’t appear.

Can you tell me what’s wrong ?

Please deactivated all your plugin and try it again. And check your url please?
You can add the google map also. Please check out this related topic;

You can customize the background color. Go to apperance > customize and > empathy page color

Deactivated all my plugin : done but the problem is still here : ninja forms doen’t work on my page.

About Goole map thank you for the code.
About background color, it’s weird that the same page hasn’t the same color if the menu changes…

Could you check one more step please? I want you to check empathy template page.
Go to appearance > Widgets > Empathy Template Page > -Empathy: Custom Page: contact > be sure that you choose the contact page.

Hello,

I installed this site in local with Wamp server.
Plugin installed are : wordpress installer and ninja forms, that’s all.
I imported demo data.

1 : I modified conctact page as I added the contact form ninja forms at the bottom on the page.
2 : I created “Empathy Template page” with home, blog and contact pages.
3 : Settings > Reading > static pages > home and blog
4 : Appearance > Menus, I created a new one with home, blog and contact pages > Auto add pages : Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu and Theme locations : Classic Navigation Menu

And… the problem is the same.
What did I forget or what did I do wrong ?

Hi Wilson,
Go to Forms > and copy the form shortcode. It should be like that [example= ninja_forms id=5 ]
Copy this to the content editor in the contact form.
