I purchased your Constrio theme on Thursday the 28th of November 2024, on Themeforest. When I used the one-click demo importer, the website imported was nowhere close to the Demo shown before I bought the theme. (It was just text that was shown )
I would like assistance getting the Demo to import properly as shown on Themeforest since this was the reason why I purchased the theme. instead of using Elementor to build from scratch.
Secondly, I wasn’t asked for a purchase code when activating the Constrio theme, like the other themes I have purchased in the past.. All i want is for my website to display just like the Demo.
The Deadline for me to submit this Construction website to my client is on Monday the 2nd of December 2024. (I was counting on the One Click Demo to make the process seamless.
The consequence that awaits me if I don’t deliver this website to my client is catastrophic and will alter my life very negatively. I am counting on the pixelwars team to help me resolve this. I am frustrated and very anxious.

For this theme to work in the best and smoothest way, the necessary server configuration settings need to be made.
Please make sure that your server configuration settings are as shown in the link below.

Server configuration settings can be adjusted through the hosting control panel. You can do this yourself, or you can ask your web hosting provider to make these adjustments for you.

So now that it is established that my server configuration settings meet all the requirements, can someone help me make sure my website is the same as the demo i saw before purchasing the Constrio theme?
Like I said earlier, I do not want to explain how miserable my life will be if I can’t deliver this website to this client. My entire life is linked to the success of this website. I am pleading for someone to help me resolve this issue. i have never had problems with One Click Demo import ever since i started using WordPress. Please, Pixelwars help me. PLEASE.

Could you please check if the “imagick” and “zip” extensions are enabled in your PHP extensions settings? If not, kindly enable them.

Additionally, I would like you to adjust the following settings in the PHP options:
–> Set “maxExecutionTime” to 420
–> Set “maxFileUploads” to 75
–> Set “maxInputTime” to -1

After making these changes, please try using the “One Click Demo Import” method again. If the demo import still does not complete successfully, kindly provide the WP admin access details in the Private Content section so I can check your website.

After making these changes, I tried using the “One Click Demo Import” method again, and the website is still not showing anything remotely close to the demo shown on Themeforest.
From the bottom of my heart, I deeply thank the Pixelwars team for staying on top of this issue; I now feel confident that this will be resolved.

Please can someone tell me why my Login URL was changed without me explicitly demanding or requesting the change?

Such a thing would never be done by us. You can contact the hosting for this situation, you can question who made this change.
ThanksBut this happened after I gave you guys the Login details. Did you reset my website?
Google just informed me that phishing was detected on the user login page of my website.
I never asked anyone to change my Login URL when I gave you guys access to the website to fix your theme (Constrio).
Automatic Updates were also disabled on my website, so it can’t Automatically update wordpress and the constrio Theme.
This is affecting my ability to submit my sitemaps in the Google Search Console. How can i fix this?

You can enter the hosting panel and update your user information.
We have provided support to tens of thousands of people so far and we have not changed even one person’s user login information and stored it anywhere. We are completely professional in this regard. The reason is definitely not due to us. You can also contact hosting support and find out which IP from which region this change and entry was made.

If yes, then that’s why I was probably sent the new Login URL by WordPress.
