I would like to activate paginating and comenting on my blog. I see HTML elements for that, but I can not find scripts for make it functional. May you let me know if scripts are included in purchase?
P.S. This is the HTML template, nit WordPress.

You can not activate the comments feature on your blog. You can do it via disqus integration.
