Hopefully an easy question. On the Photographer Theme… how can I change the sizing on the font listed under customization?

The sizing of the menu header text (i.e. main, gallery, pricing, contact)

Related question… can text within a page be changed simply by using header tags in the page? …etc For example the text on the pricing page is too small.
