Hi there, I am using the Constrio theme on my website. When I try to install the Pixelwars Core plugin, I get the following error:

“Could not copy file. pixelwars-core/themes/global/widget-link-box.php. Plugin not activated. A higher version of Pixelwars Core is needed for this theme.”

It seems the plugin version included in the theme package is outdated. Could you please send me the latest version of the Pixelwars Core plugin (minimum required 6.5.6 or higher) so I can complete the setup and import the demo content?

Please provide us with an updated copy of the Pixelwars Core plugin. In case we need to reset the site in the future, it would be helpful to have a copy ready for reinstalling without needing to create a new support ticket. We have already purchased the complete theme package.

No.2:
I tried importing the demo twice but encountered an Error Code 50. I have uploaded a screenshot showing the issue in the media folder of the same website for your reference.

The Pixelwars Core plugin is already included inside the theme you downloaded from ThemeForest.

If the plugin is not installed on your site, you can easily install it by navigating to Appearance > Install Theme Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.

Regarding your second request:

The “Error Code 503” you encountered during the demo import process is typically related to server-side limitations (such as memory limits or timeout settings).

Please make sure your server meets the recommended system requirements listed here:
