I’ve installed some wp themes until now, but I can’t seem to get this one to install. Could you help me?

I downloaded the WordPress Zip file and install and I get that ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ TRY AGAIN screen.

If refering to a ftp installation, please explain me how, cause i’ve never done it.

– Unzip the theme,

– Go to your FTP,

– Find the “themes” folder in your WordPress installation ( ..\wp-content\themes\ ),

– Upload your theme to the “themes” folder ( ..\wp-content\themes\bookcard-v1-2 ),

– Go to your WordPress Admin > Appearance > Themes,

– Activate the theme.

What if you don’t have FTP access to your WP account? Is there another solution?
