Issues with Tutor LMS Pro – Registration Page – No Button Displaying on Student/Tutor Registration Forms
Hi,
i am unable to display the sign up button on a student registration page – which redirects to student dashboard once signed in.Thanks.
MikeHi, we will release an update with the fix soon. Thanks for the feedback.
Hi Mike,
Temporarily you can use this custom css code,.site-content form button { visibility: visible; }https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/how-to-use-custom-css-for-wordpress-themes/
Thanks
Hi Serkan
Thanks for all your help thus far.
So, the ‘Register Now’ button is now appearing on the Student Registration form.A couple of issues:
1. The Student Registration form – doesn’t redirect to the selected course once you’ve signed up as a new user.
2. The Student Dashboard doesn’t appear anywhere on the site – even after signing up as a new Student or for returning Users (previously signed up)
3. There is no actual Tutor LMS Student/User Login page that i can assign to the site/main navigation. it is currently set to the standard WordPress sign in.
4. The url has a strange string attached after the trailing slash (www.bwkelly.com/?v=abb42cdbd63b)
Your help would be really appreciated.
Thanks.
Best
MikeHi Mike,
I will contact the developer regarding this issue.
Thanks for your patience.One other thing – when a user signs in (to enrol into a course) – once you hit ‘Sign In – it redirects back to the course page – then you click on any of the links to ‘enrol course’ but then it redirects you again to the standard WordPress sign in page/form to sign in again….??
Hi, that’s strange, I just tested this on our demo site and it works fine but on your site, it doesn’t work as it is supposed to.
Please make sure to update your Tutor LMS plugin to the latest version, if you haven’t activated your plugin yet, you can request a license key here;
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/
Also if you are using any third-party plugins other than those we recommend please deactivate them and see if any plugin is conflicting with them.
After these steps, if you still have this issue, can you please ask it to the plugin author by opening a ticket here;
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/tutor/
And you can add Tutor LMS dashboard page to your main menu so that users can see the enrolled courses.
Have a nice day!
