I inspected the computed CSS and do not see why it is sometimes being pushed down lower. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Chrome Version 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit) on Mac OS X Mavericks (version 10.9.5)

Note: This does not happen in Firefox and Safari.

Hi, i just checked our demo site on Chrome Version 40.0.2214.93 (64-bit) and Mac OS X Yosemite v 10.10.1 and it looks fine on my side, can you update the chrome and check it again.
