My issue relates specifically to the vertical scrolling image section in the Home 6 demo. I successfully replaced the default images with my own, but the section seems to be limited to displaying only 12 images. Although I can see all 30 images loaded in the DOM, only 12 are visible in the scrolling area.
One of the main reasons I purchased this theme was for the vertical scrolling feature, with the intention of showcasing 30 images. I would really appreciate any guidance or support to help resolve this.
Do you have an idea of timeframe? I appreciate you forwarding it on to your developer, but the limitation cannot be fixed within the next week or two, I will need to find an alternate theme.
Hi,
I realize the urgency of the matter. Refund requests must be approved by the developer. Therefore, I transferred the situation to the developer. Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks
Hi, sorry to hear that, but unfortunately, since this is a downloadable digital product and you have already downloaded the theme files, we can’t approve your request under these circumstances. However, we are willing to help you with the setup and using the theme.
That’s actually not true. According to Theme Forest’s policy, you can approve a refund. Seeing as though your theme does not cover the basic functionality of allowing users to add more than 12 photos to one of its primary features, I believe this warrants a refund. I also recommend that you update the description fo the theme on Theme Forest.
Hi, Thank you for reaching out about the vertical scrolling gallery. I completely understand your vision for showcasing 30 images in this dynamic format, and I’m sorry to hear the current 12-image limit doesn’t meet your needs.
After carefully reviewing the theme’s capabilities, I want to be transparent that the vertical scrolling feature was indeed designed with a 12-image limit to ensure optimal performance and visual balance across devices. This is part of the theme’s core functionality that can’t be modified without potentially affecting other elements.
While I wish we could modify this particular feature, I’m committed to helping you find the best way to showcase your artwork within the theme’s framework. Please let me know if you’d like assistance implementing any of these alternatives.
Warm regards.
