Hello,
Thank you for reporting this.
I’ve checked your website, and you’re absolutely right — scrolling is not working on desktop.
Since the Smooth Scroll option is disabled and LiteSpeed is already deactivated, this issue does not appear to be cache-related or theme-option related.
In most cases, this behavior is caused by a third-party plugin or custom script that applies overflow: hidden to the page or blocks scrolling via JavaScript (for example, popup, animation, or menu-related plugins).
To identify the exact cause, we’ll need to take a closer look at your setup.
Could you please share your WordPress admin login details in the Private Content box below?
Once we have access, we’ll check which script or setting is preventing scrolling and help you resolve it quickly.
Hi, I have just checked your page and I can’t detect any issue with the scroll, it is scrolling as usual on my side. If you are still having this issue, what is your browser/os version?
Disable your plugins one by one (except the theme’s required ones) and test scrolling after each step to find which plugin is causing it.
Plugins that most commonly block scroll are: popups/consent, sliders, animation/scroll libraries, sticky header/menu, page builders/addons, security tools.
Check if you have any custom CSS/JS that breaks scrolling, especially anything like:
overflow: hidden; on html, body, or a main wrapper scripts that lock scroll on load / on popup open.
