For some reason, I have always struggled with the sizing of the featured image for my galleries. I can’t figure out what the right size is so that they all align on the main gallery page. I would like each photo to be the same size so it appears orderly. Here is the link: http://www.frommadison.com/portfolio/
Your help would be much appreciated! Thank you.
Hi mcuthber,
Your featured image should be bigger than 760px X 507px. When you set up all your image correctly, I would recommend you to install and run regenerate thumbnails plugin for once and try it again;
https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
ThanksSerkan,
I restored all of my images to their original sizes (larger than 760 x 507). Then, I regenerated all of the thumbnails with the plugin you recommended. It didn’t work as I expected. There are still major gaps in between some of the images. See here: http://www.frommadison.com/portfolio/
What should I do next?
Thank you!
Hi mcuthber,
I just checked your related url and couldn’t see any gap issue. Could you please tell me your test browser and version?
ThanksChrome 50 on Mac OS X. I still see large gaps in the left-hand column.

Hi Madison Cuthbertson,
Your featured image should be bigger than 760px X 507px. And yours 760x506px
1px is giving you hard time. Well I am checking the file sizes and they are still looks small. Remove them and upload large pictures again.
ThanksSerkan,
I have gone through all of my featured images and they are all greater than 760 px X 507px. Where do you see the images that are too small?
Madison Cuthbertson
Hi Madison Cuthbertson,
Now it doesn’t look any problem. All sizes are okay and there is not any gap issue.
Do you still have any issue?
ThanksYes. I still see spaces. Here are screen shots of what I see:

Hi Madison,
Last time, deactivate all your plugin and run regenerate thumbnail and try it again please?Nope! The same spaces are there. Is there anything else we can do?
