i used your insert shortcode for a youtube button in the social area and it keeps giving me a dot instead of icon and link.. see screen shot

I also tried to embed a video in that section and all i got was a black box.. i tried to use you shortcode generator and the iframe code separately and it did not work out for me

this is the one that is there so I added a url in the # area.

when that didnt work i opened up the editor as if i was creating one from scratch and that one gave me the dot you see in the screen shot…
