Hey all, in the past i had one of your themes CVCard, but recently decided to proceed with Empathy.

I have some questions when you have some time to reply

a. Its seems when i load it via mobile, its always loading. How to fix this?

b. I want to increase the text size on some elements like:

1. The text size of the page

2. Elements like this one: https://ibb.co/3ysgvQpV or this one: https://ibb.co/938x26Xt. There are in pages About me or my cv

3. increase english / greek flag size

c. Can i change color background? for example in my cv page its light green

d. If you go to contact page through mobile view, its a bit messy with the icons, how to fix this? check what i mean: https://ibb.co/RTMDKk2F

e. For translation, i use Loco Translate but if u propose another component, please do tell

Hi,
First of all, thank you for your interest in all our themes. First of all, we will ask you to make your recommended hosting settings from the link below.

Please deactivate 3rd party plugins and run your tests. We still recommend the use of the loco translate plugin as well.
Please go to dashboard > apppearance > customize > you will albe to almost customizer everything from here.

I couldn’t do it through dashboard > apppearance > customize > to be honest, i can give you admin access if that’s needed. I first installed your theme through Envato Elements, but because i couldn’t find a solution on the above, i decided yesterday to buy it from you for the support.

I see that my server settings are not up to your requirements. I haven’t noticed till now. I will ask my host to check this and get back to you!

Unfortunately my max settings for the server i rent are:
memory_limit 512 MB
max_execution_time 300 sec
max_input_time 300 sec
post_max_size 128 ΜΒ
upload_max_filesize 128 ΜΒ
Are these a problem to have the theme work perfectly?
Php version was 8.1.31 but changed it to 8.3.17

Dear Serkan i de-activated all the plugins except Polylang as i use this for translation instead of Loco Translate and tried to change what i mentioned, but can’t find a setting for it, through dashboard > apppearance > customize >
What i want to do is as follows, can you help me step by step? Or give you admin access to test?

I managed to edit some with css, so just these ones when you have time:

a. increase english / greek flag size

Hi,
a. It looks small because they uploaded a flag image in very small sizes. When we enlarge it with css, the quality deteriorates a lot. That’s why high resolution photos need to be added.
There is documentation available on how to change flags.

It says the following:
You have to use PNG or JPG files and name them with the WordPress locale. For example, en_US.png.
Upload these files in the /wp-content/polylang/ directory.
Note: You have to create the directory yourself. Don’t use the /polylang/flags/ directory.
b. You should go to appearance > customize > page color

c. You can try to use this custom css code;

d. You can deactivate the third party plugins and try it again. Also could you please check out your system requirements.

a. Prob solved, uploaded new flags and works :)
b. Ty i get it now :)
c. ty its way better, although it is not in the same line. How to fix this also? https://ibb.co/8DdbD2nR + the first 2 have a mouse over effect, how to create one for email to in any color?
d. Unfortunately i can’t afford the systerm requirements yet. It needs to upgrade my host and its not easy at the moment. But i tested a lot through many browsers and not saw again the loading icon, its maybe random.

Also, about the effect in homepage. Its like a typewriter effect. Are there other text effects i can test them instead of this? What i have to change?

Hi,
Since the design is coded this way for now, you cannot do anything default to the type effect. By the way, in order to be more permanent and flexible about social, you can remove the default social feature and install a third party plugin for it. For example easy social plugin.

Damn, will be nice to be able to add other effects. Is there a way i can delay a bit each transition? So i can add 2-3 more seconds to each of them?

Hi, unfortunately, it is not possible by default to change the delay on the typing effect, and code customizations are out of our support scope, you might consider hiring an expert for the code customizations.

Hello again, ty ahmetsali for the reply. Not the ideal one but i respect it.
I am facing another issue if you can help. I have 2 versions, one english and one in Greek. For some reason when i click on Contact link doesn’t load always. The other menu links open without problem, but contact link sometimes dont, and opens again 1st page.

Ok replaced it but i don’t believe that’s the problem. If you try to use english version you can see that the menu works but when you click contact menu, goes back to homepage. Doesn’t do it all the times, and if you refresh the page works. Any ideas?
