I have two questions? How do you determine the next article at the bottom of the page when a reader is finished with the current article? Does it have to do with order or tags? Also, how can I make tags show up at the end of an article?

– Next Reading shows the article that is published just before the current article.

– you can use this custom css code to make tags visible;

footer.entry-meta.post-tags {
    display: block;

yes, but i see the point, we will improve the next reading module so it shows post from the same category if possible.
