The contact form form the connect page is not showing. I made no changes to the site.

If the contact form was previously working and is no longer displaying without any changes made on the page, this is usually related to a plugin, shortcode, or configuration issue rather than the theme itself.
To properly investigate and identify the cause, could you please provide temporary WordPress admin access via private content box below so we can take a closer look?

We’ll check things like:
Whether the contact form plugin is active and functioning
If the form shortcode/block is still present on the Contact page
Any recent plugin or WordPress updates that may have affected the form
Console or configuration issues that can’t be diagnosed from the front end

Once we have access, we’ll review it and let you know what’s causing the issue.
