I would say it looks properly only on 1366×768 resolution, so there is problem with header image, its not responsive. any suggestions?!)

Your first page slug is posicionamiento-web-seo but your fşrst menu link url is posicionamiento-seo . They must be identical. Please be sure that to write your url properly. Go to appearance > Menus and edit firstl link url. Thanks

Have you tried the deactivated all your plugins from wp admin panel and try it again.
3rd party of plugins sometimes affect your website.
